Returns and Exchanges

To Return or Exchange merchandise please do the following: (Returns MUST be made within 15 days of purchase and ONLY with a Return Authorization Number as listed below).

1. All returns are charged a 20% restocking fee.

2. All Shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. All returns must be given a Return Authorization Number by A & D Safety, Inc. prior to returning merchandise.

4. This can be done by calling 1.630-930-7379. Once you have been given a Return Authorization Number, you may return your merchandise. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. (Orders will be REFUSED without a Return Authorization Number).

5. Please ship all merchandise in its original manufactures packaging and condition. Also be sure to mark your return package with the Return Authorization Number clearly on the outside package.

Once merchandise is received and is in its original condition, we then will process your request.
